·  The initial consultation is free, during which we will discuss your requirements,
·  clarify our services, and agree a rate for your work.

Rates
·  Our rates are reasonable, competitive and dependent on your requirements.
·  We can offer an introductory rate for the initial period of a week or for example until
·  any backlog of work has been cleared.
·  The hourly rate is based on a number of hours per week or month, but we can also
·  offer you rates for set pieces of work such as a VAT return or weekly payroll run.
·  The charge for travelling expenses to and from your offices is normally
·  £0.40 per mile.
·  Work commences once business terms and conditions have been signed.

·  The business has professional indemnity insurance.
·  The business follows the requirements of the Money Laundering legislation. 
·  The business follows the Guidelines on Professional Ethics provided by the
·  Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
